Launching a new website design for an innovative Education sports concept called sportstrack.world.
We were tasked to provide full service with the website design and associated online marketing.
Sportstrack has 2 key functions:
- First to find the fastest children in the class, school, city, country or world.
- Second to encourage students to exercise more, have fun and above all improve fitness and times. Sportstrack‘s target audience is young athletes and those interested in tracking their progress by displaying their results on a global league table for all members to view online.The Sportstrack league table helps teachers and coaches effectively measure the success of individual students by monitoring personal progress and comparing them on a worldwide leader board against their peers.
The online marketing strategy started with a the website design and development /custom coding front end with database and security login features. The Sportstrack logo identity was created at the same time and a basic set of guidelines put together to ensure application of subsequent branding was consistent. The School Agency’s also create a digital marketing strategy that included online awareness, Google Ads campaign. As well as traditional press advertising, event and promotional collateral. The support also included building a (multi-channel) social media community and SEO of the Sportstrack.world site.
The school marketing objectives were to deliver the message that Sportstrack is an online sports tracking system that records and stores athletic data of students on a league table. The online digital marketing efforts helped build online presence using organic efforts rather than paid media (google Ads). Additional standards in guidelines we added each time a new comms piece was created to ensure templates were there to be referred to such as social media templates, blog guidelines, SEO. The brand standards covered templates for paid media web banners, traditional media out of home (OOH), Newspaper Press, Ground campaigns (door drop) and Website Design templates for webpages.
Further more we set about creating a digital marketing strategy which included a calendar for social media, Paid Media activities were limited to a small budget, as the major efforts were the organic strategy such as content marketing for Blog page, Social media, webpages which included CMS and SEO.
As part of the marketing strategy to maintain online brand presence of Sportstrack, we optimized all web pages content for SEO to boost google ranking.
For over 10 years we have supported new school launches with School marketing strategies in the region. Sportstrack required online brand building and general awareness of the concept. We started with the Website Design and page content to set a standard for all other communications to follow and tone of voice of the copy.
Our target audience were parents of children 13 yrs and older any school curriculum. We used both traditional and digital media to advertise and promote this concept. www.sportstrack.word now enjoys it’s position as only site of it’s kind that all students aspire to record and monitor there times and achievements on.
