Creative School Prospectus Design – Design and copywriting for Schools in Dubai.
Launching a new Boys school branch of an existing Girls school in Abu Dhabi. We were tasked to provide full service with the pre-launch and opening with a School Marketing Strategy .
The total marketing strategy started with a School prospectus /brochure, revised logo identity (from Girls school to Boys) and a basic set of guidelines. The School Agency’s digital marketing included online awareness and Google Ads campaign. As well as traditional press advertising, event and promotional collateral. The support also included building a (multi-channel) social media community and SEO of the Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys to rank it into the top 5 SERP listing.
The school marketing objectives were to deliver the message that Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys is a prestigious school in Abu Dhabi and aimed at creating future leaders. The online digital marketing efforts helped it gain a competitive SERP ranking and establish itself with a good online presence. The guidelines we generated provided templates for future communications in-bound marketing (such as social media templates, blog guidelines, SEO. The brand standards covered templates for paid media web banners, traditional media out of home (OOH), Newspaper Press, Ground campaigns (door drop) and school prospectus design templates.
Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys have now established itself as a first rate boys school for future leaders. Our initial marketing although started with a School Prospectus Design the agenda covered pre-launch, Launch and post launch phases. In it’s second year of operation were able to hand over the School Marketing Calendar role to GEMS Education’s corporate team who are the school’s long term management body.
The brand guidelines (visual standards) that we created enabled the in-house marketing team to apply consistent branding across all touch points each time they needed marcoms. We began with the School Prospectus Design as this was required as part of the presentation to the rulers office to approve the new schools academic enrichment programme.
Further more we set about creating a School Marketing strategy which included a calendar for social media, Paid Media activities, Blog page management, and website CMS and SEO. As part of the marketing strategy to maintain online brand presence of the school, it’s location and facilities we optimized web content (SEO) for page ranking. Our marketing efforts started with School Prospectus Design to kick start the project into it’s pre launch and school launch phases helped build awareness and drive enrollment traffic to the their website and registrar’s office.
For over 10 years we have supported new school launches with School marketing strategies in the region. Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys School in Abu Dhabi required online brand building and general awareness of the new School campus. We started with the School Prospectus Design and everything else followed look and feel and tone of voice of the copy.
Our target audience were Emirati parents earning medium to high income looking for a premium British Curriculum school education recognised for excellence. We used both traditional and digital media to advertise and promote this school in Abu Dhabi located in the residential heart of the city and the surrounding catchment area. The School now enjoys it’s position as a top rated school in Abu Dhabi that local Emirati’s aspire to send their children to.
