School Marketing Plan for Enrolment.

As part of the GEMS Education group we were tasked to put together a School marketing plan enrolment focusing on the four Wellington Branded Schools.

School Marketing Plans are part of our education marketing expertise and from it we devise a creative communications strategy for boosting enrolments.

With over 10 years of experience in the education sector in Dubai we are well placed to offer schools the right marketing plan to suit their needs.

With the GEMS Wellington brand part of the initial exercise was to differentiate each of the 4 Welllington Schools into their own independent core competences. We achieved this by studied their individual offerings and creating a graphic display of how they compare and compliment each other.

Once this was approved and mapped out we set about creating a marketing plan for each of the Schools focusing on their core individual strengths.

As part of our marketing plan we also created a digital marketing strategy that included online brand awareness, Google Ads campaign. The support also included building a (multi-channel) social media community and SEO of the 4 Wellington School websites. Together with a suite of  and event design material for Meet the Parents (MTP) and special school Tours.

The GEMS Education has its own set of corporate messages we have to inter weave into all GEMS school communications delivering their mission, vision and values.  The Marketing plan extends to online digital marketing strategy where we support paid media campaigns during the lead up to a school event. we also focus on using organic efforts to build online presence and awareness which ultimately is longer lasting when compared to PPC.

GEMS update their digital guidelines whenever new digital comms like social media templates, blog guidelines, SEO are required. These are then passed on to us to apply into our marketing plan activities.  These brand standards covered templates for paid all 10 x google media web banners, traditional media out of home (OOH), Newspaper Press, Ground campaigns (door drop) and Website Design templates for webpages.

A large portion of the marketing plan is digital marketing which includes the creation of  a calendar for social media and paid media PPC activities which compliment the organic activities such as content marketing for Blog page, Social media, and webpage SEO.
