Advertising for School Enrollment Promotions and advertising. 

The Project brief was to boost enrollment of new students at the opening of a brand new premium American curriculum school campus. The client GEMS Education is known in the region as one of the largest School owners and management for independent private schools globally. Our role was to support in the school in the pre launch phase of this flagship school. School enrollment promotions is the objective of all privately funded schools in Dubai.

For over 10 years we have support school enrollment promotions by applied our expertise. This project required complete new brand awareness targeting medium to high income families to afford the school fees set. We used both traditional and digital media to advertise and promote this new school across Dubai.

One of the challenges was to promote school enrollment for an unknown name to build enrollments. We developed a set of design concepts, that were used across various touch points.

Online and tradition, from web banners to large format graphics including a full wrap of a Dubai Metro Station outdoor graphics. The pre launch campaign ran for several months leading up to the grand opening event. The graphic elements we created we applied to all touch points including the animation of a giant video wall in the main lobby area.

Effectiveness 
Following the awareness campaign for the pre launch phase we successfully increase the School’s name and education offering.  High volumes of potential parents were encouraged to  visit the ‘Experience Suite’ showcasing the school’s attributes as it neared building completion.
